Preliminary Scraper (Pacojet® Compatible)
The preliminary scraper helps stop food debris entering the internal parts of the machine.
If the preliminary scraper is missing or not inserted correctly back into the rubber spray guard after washing, or is defective, then food residues can leak into the machine and cause damage to the profile of the drive shaft.
How to insert the preliminary scraper into the rubber spray guard assembly:
- Locate the side of the preliminary scraper with the raised lip
- Always insert the preliminary scraper into the spray guard with the raised lip facing downwards (See main image)
